In 1993 Washington Hills Cellars introduced a new brand to honor one of
the pioneers of the Yakima Wine industry, William B. Bridgman. This line
of wines, labeled simply Bridgman, emphasizes the use of newer varietals
produced in smaller lots -- Viognier and Syrah, for instance. Bridgman wines
also encompass many of the same varieties as Washington Hills, but with more
fruit intensity and greater use of oak barrel aging. They can be tasted at
the Washington Hills tasting room in Sunnyside.

Côte Bonneville, is committed to producing the best expression of
our DuBrul Vineyard each vintage. We harvest Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot,
and Cabernet Franc at the point of optimal ripeness, vinify each lot separately,
then age the wines in new French oak barrels from different cooperages. After
six months, the individual wines are assessed, oak and toast levels are evaluated,
then we blend so the flavors will marry during the next year in barrel. The
wines are allowed to develop further in bottle prior to release.

Don Quixote Wines is a blossoming winery located in Grandview, Washington,

Ed and JoAnn Stear are the owners of this historic Yakima Valley property,
formerly the fruit and vegetable cannery operated by the Floyd Rinehold family.
The building, and the adjoining farmhouse built by Mr. Rinehold for his bride
Emma Eaton, are examples of his work as a master builder in the lower Yakima
Valley in the early 1900's. Our production began in 1988 with Gary Rogers
as resident winemaker. The tasting room is open daily, except Thursdays.

Already well-known for many quality agricultural products, The Hogue Cellars
came onto the Yakima wine scene in the early 1980s with several well-received
varietal wines. With expanded production, the winery has placed a stronger
emphasis on red wines - Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet-Merlot. Grapes
for the Hogue wines are but a small part of the production of Hogue Ranches
- a 1,600 acre farm also producing apples, asparagus, concords, and hops.

We are a small family yakima winery with a dual focus - wines that bring pleasure

The Pontin family has been farming along the Roza Canal in the Yakima Valley
for over 40 years. A love for wine came from the family's Italian ancestry
and their farming efforts expanded to include wine grapes in the 1980s. Scott
Pontin is winemaker for the venture and has proved himself with varietal
wines including Pinot Gris, Merlot, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and others.
Pontin family members are often on hand in the tasting room on Hinzerling

At age 19, Paul Portteus III began making beer on his Lake Union houseboat.
Then through his parents' efforts he soon developed an interest in wine.
This interest led to the Yakima Valley in 1980 where the search for a vineyard
site began. Paul and his wife Marilyn planted their 47 acre vineyard in 1982
and their first Cabernet was produced from the 1984 harvest. The winery is
best known for its (red) Zinfandel and its highly awarded Cabernet.

Willow Crest Winery is one of the Yakima Valley's smallest wineries with
